So So Skullicious!!

It is the last weekend before Halloween, and that means Halloween parties!!!  I am not attending one this year because of work and the fact that my husband and friends did the Tough Mudder obstacle race today.  They seemed to have a lot of painful and exhausting fun, but I was not up for the challenge this year.  So, I decided it was a good day to paint my nails. :)

The other day I was at Ulta, and I purchased some much needed items. (yeah, right)

You see that in the bottom right? That is OPI's So So Skullicious nail art kit.  It comes with 4 mini polishes and 10 nail decals. I just couldn't resist!

From left to right above we have Hi, Pumpkin, A-Rose from the Dead, Mourning Glory, and Candlelight.  I already had similar shades in other brands, but the decals looked so cute and if I could buy my polishes in mini size I would do it at least 99% of the time.

On to the finished product!

 My left hand...

I'm not sure why I put all the coolest ones on the left hand...maybe I got too excited or thought I was only going to be photoing that hand.

And the right...

I really liked the application of the decals.  At first they seemed like temporary tattoos.  You cut them apart, and then you soak each one in warm water BUT you don't flip them over.  I just took my new tweezers and slid them off the paper and placed each one on the nail before applying a top coat.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.  I wish it came with more decals so that I could do it again next year, but I do have plenty of polish left over. ;)

With only 4 more days until Halloween, I think I'll only get one more themed manicure in.  I'm still trying to decide what I want to do. Decisions, decisions....

Anyway, thanks for stopping by!
